The sales rep at Muskoka Fire Pits was so helpful and communicative when I wanted to purchase two of their Christmas ornaments online. The shipping cost through the website defaulted to the purchase of a fire pit and not small ornaments, so I emailed to inquire how to buy the ornaments. I received an email back right away, and the sales rep provided a custom link to put through the order, with the proper shipping fee based on my location. The fee was even slightly less than what I expected! The ornaments arrived at my Toronto location within a few days and seem to be of great quality. I was so impressed with their customer service and the product, and would definitely buy from Muskoka Fire Pits again.
